Anther great DVD from Lionsgate and HiT Entertainment. I like the fact of the bones episode witch is only on the dvd. I got the one ITunes as well and the Bonus episode is not their.

I really loved this season we saw the return of Jack Duck Harvey Bill & Ben

And seing some new faces on Sodor like Porter Stephen Mille Conner Catlin & The Earl.

This was also the frist season to have episodes including Luke Owen & Merrick.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 23 The Afternoon Tea Express

Stephen is one of the oldest engines on sodor but he is also slow. And when Spencer says that Stephen is to old and slow he get upset and trys to prove him wrong by geting other engines to push him so he can be fast.

I liked there was finelly an episode about Stephen. And a fun fact about the episode tidle it was frist called The Rocket Returns but was changed.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 22 Gone Fishing

When Bill and Ben see Harvey at the docks they say he had gone fishing. But Porter helps Harvey to see the good side of being a crane and a engine. But Harvey has to take a hevey load of pipes to Vickerstowen his flatbeds come off the rails after going dowen Gordons Hill.

We are now down to 1 more episode this season but i love seeing Harvey have a specking role agian.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 21 Away From The Sea

When Salty starts having engine toubles a new engine called Proter comes to work at the Docks to help him. But Salty thinks Porter was sent to replace him.

Porter is a great new dockside steam engine and this was also Saltys owen episode in a long time.

Henry chaleges James to take the Fliying Kipper for him.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 26 Thomas' Shortcut

Thomas and Bertie love racing but Bertie starts wining all the time. Then Bertie tells Thomas that he had been taking a shourtcut Thomas trys to find one of his owen.

Thomas and Bertie have not raced since Season 7(2003) so it was great to see them race agian.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 25 No More Mr. Nice Engine

Diesel try's to get Hiro to stand up to the Trucks.

The episode was somting i had never seen before. Seeing Hiro and Diesel in the same story line was great.

When Sir Topum Hatt dresses up as Santa for the Ulfstead Castle Christmas Fair. But Sir Topum Hatts sleigh breaks away with him in it and it is up to Thomas to rescue him

Weel now there are 6 more episodes this saeaon this was a great hoiladay episode and was funny to see thomas pull a sleigh with Sir Topum Hatt in it

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 19 The Missing Christmas Decorations

 Percy discovers Diesel 10 has ben steling Christmas Decorations from the sheds.

Diesel 10 has his first episode role, Sidney has his first specking role and had no wheels for 2 years.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 20 The Frozen Turntable

When the turntable at Tidmouth Sheds cant move only one engine can sleep there. So eavryone goes and sleaps somewhere else exsept Precy but Gordon takes the space and Precy goes and sleeps at the garbige dump but then Gordon gets stuck in the shed.

This was the frist story where Normen got his frist specking role. And this is a fantastic idea

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 17 No Snow for Thomas

When Thomas Hides his snowplaw he has to stay in the shed.

Thomas is back to his old self, This was a great idea for a story. And Emily now has a new wislse

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 16 Too Many Fire Engines

Railway inspectors ask Sir Topum Hatt if he needs two fire engines but Flynn starts to think if The railway inspectors are right when Belle gets to evrey fire frist.

This was the frist time we have seen Belle and Flynn togeter since Day of The Diesels. And Flynn and Butch both have new voice actors but they still sound the same.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 15 Bill or Ben?

After Bill and Ben see Conner for the first time, They try to trick him. So Bill starts to race him to Ulfstead Castle but stops when Conner gets to Ulfstead Castle Ben is there. Conner thinks its Bill when its Ben.

I love that Bill & Ben Tricking other engines thing is back. And i like that Conner is given a part in this story.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 14 Percy's Lucky Day

After Percy pops a mail bag and bups, into pupkins, Stephen gives him his lucky horseshoe. But it bumps off of him Stephen trys to tell Percy but he dose not hear him but Percy dose not know and is having good luck. 

This is a ok story i loved they had Bill and Ben come back to the show.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 13 The Phantom Express

James tells Percy that there is a ghost at Ulfstead Castle but Stephen tells him there's no such thing as ghosts. But, James trys to trick the two engines.

This is not a bad story with Percy and I liked seeing anther spooky story line again since there hasn't been one in a long time.

Ratting 5.5/10 

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 12 The Thomas Way

When Harold brakes down at near Callan Castle Thomas & Duck have to take him to The Sodor Search and Rescue Centre. But Thomas wants to show Harold the sight of being on the rails, But Duck thinks they should go right to the Rescue Centre.

this episode has a pic of Ducks model and is on The Great Western Railway. I like the fact of Thomas Duck and Harold as the main characters in this episode. And it was good to see Duck in another story.

Thomas & Friends Season 17 Episode 11 The Lost Puff

Sir Topham Hatt Warns the engines about some bumpy track by a bend. But, when Paxton & Thomas start to play on it, Thomas accidentally bumps into Toby at the water tower and looses his puff. Paxton feels bad for Thomas and goes off to find his puff.

The episode had its ups and downs. Paxton should know that a puff is steam. But I was happy that they made a story with Paxton as the main engine.

A great dvd i really liked it the only flaw is that there is no new Mr. Perkins segment it just the Mr. Perkins and the Parrot from the Thomas and the Runaway Kite DVD.

Movie review 3 Thomas & Friends King of The Railway The Movie 2013 film

The best Thomas movie yet has just come out last Tuesday in the US and in the UK on the 2nd. The plot is Thomas & his friends welcome Sir Robert Norramby the Earl of Sodor comes back to the island and is restoring Ulfstead Castle The home of King Godred. the  Stephen The Rocket, an older steam locomotive with fascinating stories to tell goes missing after Thomas tells him he has a job when he dident. The movie was fantastic and also Jack The Digger is back Mille The French Narrow Gage Engine and Conner and Caitlin the 2 Stremlined engine and Diesels new vocie is graet its like he is the same but sounds a little difrent

Ratting 20/20
