That 70s Show

A new favorite show of mine is That 70s Show.  It's a really funny show that takes place in the 1970s.  My parents grew up in the 1970s.  There are a few characters I really like.  The first one is named Kelso and he is really funny and also kind of dumb.  Fez is a foreign exchange student who can't really pronounce stuff right and so he is really funny too.  There are 200 episodes in all because there were eight seasons of the show.  It's now off the air now so I watch it on Netflix.  My sister introduced it to me and then I started to really love the show.

South Park

South Park is a very funny show about four kids and their friends who are in 4th grade and do all this stuff.  It's very funny because they are always cursing and doing crazy things and Kenny, one of the kids, always dies at the end of almost every episode.  He always comes back in the next episode.  My favorite episode is from Season 10 called, "ManBearPig."  It's about when Vice President Al Gore is trying to catch a creature called ManBearPig and he wants the kids to help.  The kids end up getting trapped in a cave and Cartman finds fake treasure and gets really fat.  I don't want to give the rest of the episode away.  I hope you can watch it.  I watch all the episodes on netflix and southparkstudios.  I haven't seen all the episodes yet.  I really like watching them with my sister.  My sister's friend does a really good Cartman imitation and I can do a good Mr. Mackey, Mr. Garrison, Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Wendy.

Friends Help Out --A New DVD of Thomas

Friends Help Out is just a re-release of Thomas and His Friends Help Out.  It's kind of easy to tell if you look at the back cover because you will see it's the same.  However, on the first release it had two bonus features but on the new release it only shows one.   And, the difference is this DVD has autoplay which means that you can go right to the menu or play the DVD and go to the menu after.  It has episodes from season one to three.  The box is totally different.  On the first release cover we get a picture of Thomas, Birdy and Percy.  On the new release, you get Thomas, Percy, Toby, Gordon and James.  The new DVD is produced by Lionsgate and the other one is from Ancho Bay Entertainment.  The old release is orange colored and the new one is blue.  I would give the new release 10 out of 10 because the cover looks more designed.

Thomas & Friends Wobbly Wheels and Whistles DVD Review

This title was released on January 4, 2011.  This DVD features Mr. Perkins and characters from Misty Island Rescue.
In the episode Jumping Jobi Wood, Thomas and Edward go to Misty Island to get Jobi Wood for the Mayor but Thomas gets confused how to use the log loaders and he doesn't want Dash, Bash and  Ferdinand's help.  In Thomas and Scruff we meet Scruff for the first time and Thomas wants to clean him but Scruff rushes off.  Scruff is very dirty because he is like Whiff and they are both garbage engines.  In Victor Says Yes, Victor takes on more work than he can handle and we see 'Arry and Bert for the first time in CGI.  In Toby and the Whistling Woods, Toby has to take coal to the Duke and Dutchess house but he gets scared when he has to go through the Whistling Woods.  He doesn't want Thomas and James' help.  I think the CGI than the models because it's more realistic.  Next review: Pop Goes Thomas DVD.

Movie review 1 Thomas & Friends Misty Island Rescue The Movie film 2010

This move was released on Sept 7 2010. This move is the best. It beats the others. Here is the plot: the engines are hard at work to build the new Sodor new search and rescue center when Thomas helps a friend in need which is Diesel, he has to go to the mainland and collect more jobiwood. The adventure is that he gets to explore Misty Island and he meets three new friends---Dash, Bash and Ferdinand. There are also books which are based after the movie. There are bonus features on the DVD and they include: The Search for Thomas Game, Misty Island Rescue Song and Sir Topham Hat Song.
